Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading Saudi holding and development company, is transforming the entertainment, sports, and culture landscapes through landmark destination projects, including Qiddiya City. As Director - Finance and Control, you will be instrumental in fortifying the financial infrastructure of City Operations, translating operational priorities into clear financial strategies, controls, and insights.

Your role will involve:

• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for City Operations in collaboration with QIC Finance.
• Developing and managing service charge and cost recovery mechanisms, ensuring accurate inputs, calculations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establishing and monitoring financial KPIs, management information reporting, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Managing budget control and cost tracking, identifying risks, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Overseeing the invoicing process in conjunction with City Operations teams and QIC central functions.
• Maintaining asset registers and general ledger integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and period-close support with QIC Finance.
• Coordinating with Finance & Controls, City Operations functions, QIC Finance, and relevant stakeholders to align and implement financial processes.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or operational finance.
• Experience with service charge, cost recovery, or shared services financial models.
• A strong understanding of financial planning, cost control, variance analysis, and financial performance management.
• Deep knowledge of invoicing, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and period-close processes.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into financial plans, reports, and actionable insights, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field (preferred).
