We are currently seeking a seasoned Traffic Manager to lead our upcoming highway project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Develop and implement strategic traffic management plans within the project scope.
Prepare and oversee temporary traffic arrangements, including traffic diversion, signage, and safety plans.
Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow within and around the construction site.
Collaborate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Identify and mitigate traffic-related risks to ensure project safety and continuity.
Align traffic management activities with project schedule and budget.
Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring adherence to traffic management best practices.
Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly traffic management reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic management within highway, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
Proven experience in international projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
Expertise in traffic control systems, road safety standards, and signage practices.
Familiarity with local traffic regulations and requirements.
Proven experience in team management and site coordination.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in English.
No restrictions for working abroad.
