Installation Manager - Hitachi Rail, Jeddah

Hitachi Rail, a global leader in rail technology, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of our state-of-the-art rail systems, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a proven track record in leading installation teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the installation process, from initial site preparation to final system handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing installation plans and schedules.
• Managing and motivating installation teams, ensuring they work safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and engineering, to ensure all resources are available and utilized effectively.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensuring all installations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and Hitachi's quality management system.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in English and Arabic is desirable, as is experience working in a multicultural environment.
