Food Vest Holding is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our operations across multiple locations in Jeddah. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in retail or food service management, exceptional operational oversight, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing profitability within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

The District Manager will play a critical role in the success of Food Vest Holding by executing the following responsibilities with precision and leadership:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail or food service outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory compliance. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and operational costs. Develop and execute action plans to address underperformance and drive continuous improvement across all locations.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of store managers and staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth through regular training, performance reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement district-wide strategies that align with Food Vest Holding’s long-term business objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and operational innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure that all outlets within the district deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality. Address customer feedback promptly and implement measures to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Oversight: Manage district-level budgets, including payroll, operational expenses, and revenue targets. Analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local, regional, and corporate regulations, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and food safety protocols. Conduct regular audits and inspections to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in retail, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years in a district or multi-unit management role.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, and operational execution.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and customers. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a keen sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated resilience in handling challenges and driving change.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
