Abeer Medical Group, a leading healthcare organization with a footprint across Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, and India, is seeking a dynamic Unit Head - Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our state-of-the-art medical facilities in Jeddah.

The Unit Head - Operations is responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and optimizing patient flow and service delivery. This role involves leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with medical and administrative leadership, and monitoring key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include budget oversight, resource allocation, and implementation of operational policies and procedures consistent with group-wide strategies. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness is central to this position.

Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and service delivery in healthcare or similar complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proven team management capabilities, including supervision, performance management, and staff development across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical staff, management, patients, and external partners.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight, including cost control, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hospital or medical center operations leadership within the GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality standards, with a focus on patient safety and service excellence.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrate adaptability, and lead change initiatives.
• Proficiency in relevant office and healthcare information systems; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
