Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering and possess the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in maintenance practices. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Maintenance Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Review and validate repair history data submitted by the Maintenance team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards. This critical function supports the integrity of our SAP system, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise and Leadership: Leverage your extensive experience in Maintenance Engineering to provide expert guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices that enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains in maintenance operations. Your insights will drive sustainable performance enhancements across the organization.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies. Champion a culture of safety and reliability within the team.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Generate detailed reports to support audits, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Certifications: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Maintenance Engineering, with a proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, or facility management environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, particularly SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools and predictive maintenance technologies is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities to assess repair histories, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset to drive teamwork and shared objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose equipment failures, develop root cause analyses, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
