Senior Project Manager – Lead Strategic Digital Transformation Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects that drive digital transformation and align with our organization’s strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will play a central role in shaping the future of our organization by:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, business units, IT teams, and external vendors to foster collaboration, streamline communication, and drive successful project execution across diverse stakeholders.
• Comprehensive Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource allocation strategies, and delivery timelines to provide clarity and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges, implementing structured resolution strategies to minimize business impact and ensure uninterrupted progress.
• Change Management and Governance: Manage project change requests through rigorous impact assessments, adherence to governance frameworks, and stakeholder approvals, maintaining transparency and accountability at every stage.
• Vendor and Third-Party Oversight: Oversee vendor engagements, ensuring contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and project deliverables are met while fostering productive partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting and Steering: Prepare and facilitate steering committee meetings, governance forums, and executive status presentations, providing clear visibility into project progress, risks, and critical decisions to drive informed leadership decisions.
• Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement by refining project management methodologies, governance structures, and delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and project outcomes.
• Organizational Change Management: Develop and implement communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption frameworks to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables and maximize organizational buy-in.
• Post-Implementation Review: Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, document best practices, and implement process improvements that strengthen future project delivery and organizational resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university is mandatory.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive project management experience, with a strong preference for roles within software development, information technology, or digital transformation environments. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Methodology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are required to demonstrate adherence to industry-recognized standards and methodologies.
