Clinics Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinics Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across our expanding network of standalone clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, financial performance, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in healthcare administration, multi-site management, and operational excellence, with a passion for driving business growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to a network of standalone clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, including patient volumes, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and overall clinic performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and support teams to optimize staffing levels, resource allocation, patient flow, and service delivery. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aimed at enhancing patient experience, expanding service offerings, and driving business growth across the clinic network. Identify opportunities for service diversification and market expansion.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and quality and patient safety initiatives. Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of care and safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, multi-site clinic management, or healthcare administration, with a strong emphasis on leadership responsibilities. Prior experience managing multiple outpatient or ambulatory care clinics is a significant advantage.
