Executive Director - Retail Academy

A distinguished, independent retail academy seeks a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Director to spearhead its strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the overall operations and strategic execution of the Academy. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic and operational plans.
• Forging and maintaining strategic partnerships with government entities and private sector organizations.
• Overseeing the development of training programs and professional certifications aligned with labor market needs.
• Managing the relationship and performance of the operating company.
• Driving financial sustainability, revenue growth, and budget management.
• Ensuring strong governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
• Representing the Academy with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management preferred. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Proven experience in training management or educational academies, preferably within the retail and wholesale sector, is highly desirable.
