Key Responsibilities

The Cluster Site Monitor will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to maintain high operational standards across the cluster. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operational Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with Hilton’s operational policies, safety protocols, and quality standards across all properties in the cluster. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each site, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and provide actionable recommendations.
• Staff Engagement and Training: Collaborate with property managers and team leaders to support staff development initiatives. Conduct training sessions and workshops to reinforce Hilton’s service standards, operational best practices, and safety procedures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all properties within the cluster maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and security. Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with fire safety regulations, hygiene standards, and emergency preparedness protocols. Address any non-compliance issues promptly and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership.
• Guest Experience Management: Act as a liaison between properties and corporate teams to address guest feedback, complaints, or service recovery needs. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience across the cluster.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional managers, property general managers, and corporate support teams to align operational strategies, share best practices, and drive consistency in service delivery. Participate in cluster-level meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Technology and Innovation: Leverage Hilton’s property management systems and digital tools to streamline monitoring processes, track performance metrics, and facilitate real-time communication with site teams. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel or resort environment. Prior experience in a cluster or multi-property oversight role is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with hospitality industry software and reporting tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in hospitality management, safety compliance, or project management are advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
