Site Engineer - Jeddah

The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising quality control procedures
• Monitoring materials and workmanship
• Reporting progress to project managers
• Supporting project managers with site documentation
• Communicating effectively with on-site staff and management

Candidates should possess:

• Strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience managing construction activities
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Quality control skills, including monitoring materials, workmanship, and compliance with standards
• Foundational structural engineering knowledge and ability to collaborate with civil engineers
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline (preferred)
• Experience working on construction projects in a site engineer or similar role (highly beneficial)
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations, project documentation, and basic project management tools (advantageous)
• The ability to work independently, make informed decisions on-site, and adapt to changing project needs
