Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair activities on our diverse mechanical equipment portfolio. This role involves:

• Carrying out planned preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks in accordance with approved schedules.
• Conducting daily inspections, running checks, and maintenance checklists to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Monitoring equipment condition and reporting abnormalities, non-conformances, and developing defects to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
• Troubleshooting mechanical failures using approved tools, drawings, manuals, and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues.
• Performing dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, reassembly, alignment, and functional testing of mechanical equipment and components.
• Supporting maintenance, inspection, and repair of a broad range of mechanical equipment, including gas and steam turbines, heat recovery steam generators, pumps, compressors, valves, and water treatment systems.
• Conducting routine inspections and condition assessments, using approved maintenance and diagnostic tools.
• Participating in planned shutdowns, major outages, overhauls, commissioning activities, warranty works, and emergency repairs.
• Adhering to all applicable safety rules, permit-to-work requirements, and site safety standards, and using required personal protective equipment at all times.
