Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal sales teams, external suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth commercial transactions and resolve operational challenges.
• Product & Visibility Management: Monitor product availability across markets, oversee shelf displays, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards through comprehensive sales reports and field assessments.
• Pricing & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify pricing trends, evaluate product performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
• Promotion Tracking: Manage and evaluate the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns, analyzing their impact on sales performance and customer engagement.
• Administrative Support: Maintain meticulous records of supplier orders, customer interactions, and sales databases. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction and operational continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior exposure to the food manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a proven track record of using Microsoft Excel and other data tools to interpret market trends and generate reports.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
• A commitment to relocating to Jeddah or an immediate readiness to do so.
