We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to oversee inventory planning, stock allocation, replenishment, and performance analysis across our luxury watch and jewellery boutiques in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role supports our business growth by ensuring optimal stock coverage, driving sell-through performance, and serving as a critical liaison between brand partners, retail teams, and senior management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple luxury brands and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales figures, market trends, and client behaviour to identify product needs and forecast demand accurately.
  • Monitor and track the status of brand orders to ensure timely receipt of goods in alignment with launch schedules and business objectives.
  • Develop and present precise sales projections, performance reports, and interactive dashboards to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Evaluate sales performance against budget, prior month, and prior year benchmarks, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management.
  • Identify bestselling, fast-moving, and slow-moving items across all boutique locations, recommending strategic interventions to optimise inventory turnover.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee stock levels across all boutique locations to maintain optimal product availability and minimise excess or shortage situations.
  • Manage stock allocation and replenishment processes in accordance with brand guidelines and sales performance data.
  • Facilitate strategic stock transfers between boutiques based on sales trends, store performance, and regional demand patterns.
  • Proactively detect overstock, coverage gaps, and slow-moving inventory, proposing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Display & Visual Merchandising

  • Collaborate with brand partners and retail teams to implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines that elevate the in-boutique experience.
  • Support the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Brand & Partner Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing product allocations, orders, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Brands and Area Managers to align on product launches, replenishment strategies, and stock performance objectives.
  • Ensure the strategic placement of the right products in the right locations at the right time, in full alignment with brand strategy and business goals.

Retail & Client Support

  • Provide boutique teams with comprehensive product knowledge, focusing on stock availability and client-driven replenishment needs.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to support high-value client interactions and enhance the overall client experience through strategic product placement.

Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies that drive performance across multiple brands and locations.
  • Prepare and analyse replenishment reports, communicating key findings and recommendations to the Head of Brands and boutique teams.
  • Contribute to the planning of product ranges and the preparation of sales and stock plans in coordination with Brand Area Managers.
  • Manage budgets and participate in sales forecasting and planning processes to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive experience in a merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations role.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data sets, forecast demand, and make informed stock decisions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across multi-brand and multi-location teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in stock and inventory merchandising across multiple boutique or retail locations.
  • Demonstrated experience working simultaneously across multiple luxury brands, with a deep understanding of brand-specific merchandising requirements.

  • Familiarity with retail ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is considered a significant advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex sell-through analysis and generate actionable insights from sales data.
  • Proven ability to translate sales data into clear, strategic stock decisions and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
