Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational activities, including:

• Consulting Service Development: Contribute to the expansion of Medtronic’s consulting service offerings and support the professional growth of your delivery team through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• Client Needs Assessment: Identify and scope client requirements to develop tailored solutions, leveraging your analytical skills to influence key stakeholders with well-articulated situation analyses and compelling business cases for change.
• Clinical Pathway Optimization: Map, analyze, and assess clinical pathways and patient journeys within hospital settings by implementing the appropriate KPIs to drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Initiative Prioritization and Value Capture: Identify, frame, and prioritize initiatives to capture value, establish roadmaps, and develop actionable plans and project portfolios that deliver immediate improvements and cost savings.
• Project and Program Management: Lead end-to-end projects and programs, providing day-to-day coaching and support to service delivery teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Partnership Program Reviews: Periodically prepare portfolio reviews of partnership programs in collaboration with steering committees to track progress, measure economic value, and assess customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Solutions: Drive data analytics initiatives focused on clinical, operational, and financial outcomes, adopting a solution-oriented approach to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of academic expertise and professional experience, including:

• A degree in a relevant functional area such as Healthcare Management, Quality and Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Healthcare Marketing.
• Proven experience in consulting or healthcare environments, with exposure to business development, marketing, or process and quality management functions. Prior experience within a top-tier consulting firm (including Big Four firms) or a leading hospital/healthcare organization is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, building trust and fostering collaboration.
• Demonstrated program management capabilities, including planning and coordination, effective communication, relationship building, milestone achievement, issue resolution, and risk management.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
