The Co-op Trainee role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals. You will support project teams and functional departments in their day-to-day tasks, which may include:

• Preparing reports and presentations
• Updating project trackers
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders
• Supporting quality and safety documentation

You will have the chance to learn our processes, participate in meetings, and observe on-site activities, providing invaluable exposure to large-scale projects. This on-site role is based in Riyadh.

We seek candidates with:

• Upper intermediate English proficiency
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A foundational knowledge or academic background in engineering, business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic on-site environments
