About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join Hobbies Castle Trading Company, our Saudi Arabian entity based in Riyadh. This role is designed for professionals who thrive at the intersection of sales, operations, logistics, customer service, and data-driven decision-making. You will serve as a critical link between our commercial team and operational backbone, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands, optimize supply chain processes, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Coordination: Accurately process customer purchase orders through our ERP system, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
• Logistics & Delivery Management: Coordinate with warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners to facilitate smooth and on-time deliveries.
• Order Tracking & Customer Communication: Monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery, providing proactive updates and addressing any concerns to maintain high service standards.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze customer sell-out reports to identify sales trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales and operational reports to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align operational activities with business objectives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Support inventory planning initiatives to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages or excesses.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-backed solutions to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems is highly advantageous. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive operational improvements.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
