Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Solutions Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers, to assess their clinical and operational challenges. Develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals while leveraging Medtronic’s portfolio of medical devices, software, and services.
• Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of healthcare technologies, ensuring smooth adoption by clinical staff through comprehensive training, workflow optimization, and change management strategies. Monitor implementation progress and address any barriers to adoption.
• Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the most effective use of Medtronic’s solutions. Foster long-term relationships to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and market strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented solutions on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and cost savings. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or certification in healthcare management, technology, or business is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving successful implementations of medical technologies. Prior experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems, medical devices, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, or local regulatory bodies). Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare data analytics is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline clinicians to executive leadership. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with local healthcare providers.
