Key Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Operational Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and continuously refine day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Ensure seamless integration of processes across departments to support high-quality healthcare delivery.
• Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategic initiatives, including clinical programs, operational policies, and growth strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to maintain financial sustainability while upholding rigorous clinical standards. Analyze financial performance and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational expenditures.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, lead, and evaluate multidisciplinary teams, including medical and administrative staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive high performance and professional growth.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare operations. Implement robust quality assurance frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is required. An advanced degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Management (MMM), or an Executive MBA is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in clinical and medical operations within a healthcare setting. Demonstrated leadership in operational strategy, financial management, and team development is essential.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams, build cross-functional partnerships, and navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Location & Commitment: Must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and be available for full-time, onsite employment.
