Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our prestigious team at Bulgari in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines to maintain a premium in-store experience.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer-centricity.
• Sales and Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Customer Experience: Uphold Bulgari’s commitment to luxury service by ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values of elegance, sophistication, and exclusivity.
• Inventory and Merchandising: Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage stock levels, product placement, and visual displays to enhance the store’s aesthetic appeal and accessibility.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Bulgari’s policies, procedures, and brand standards, including health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
• Training and Development: Support the Store Manager in onboarding, training, and evaluating staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national, as this position requires local residency and compliance with labor regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive luxury market.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in retail management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems.
• Personal Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the luxury industry.
