This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by managing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives and comply with legal requirements.
• Manage contract administration, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in contract management, preferably within the construction or engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of legal contracts, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
