We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our client service team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Account Managers to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing and advertising strategies that resonate with our clients’ objectives and target audiences. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at WonderEight, your core responsibilities will include:

• Client Account Management: Support the Account Manager in overseeing client accounts, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless workflows and meet client expectations.
• Administrative Leadership: Take charge of administrative tasks related to client accounts, including preparing accurate and detailed meeting summaries, drafting and issuing weekly status reports, and maintaining consistent documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
• Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans tailored to client objectives, target audiences, and budgetary constraints. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to drive innovative solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct thorough research and gather data to support the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports. Monitor campaign performance, compile performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and resolving issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Stay attuned to industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to contribute to strategic recommendations and growth initiatives.

Your Ideal Profile

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and attributes to WonderEight:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or a related field. A proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Mindset: A self-motivated and proactive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving client needs and project requirements are critical for success in this role.
• Location: Must be residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
