The Arab Lens, a leading media organization based in Riyadh, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the media industry.

The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Overseeing the accounting, treasury, and financial planning & analysis functions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.
• Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Candidates should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent designation.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar role, preferably within the media industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
