Al Jomaih Energy and Water, Saudi Arabia, seeks a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Lead Engineer specializing in Electrical systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure, supporting our commitment to sustainable energy and water solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Supervising and guiding junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
