Join us as a Network & Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and maintain our organization's network infrastructure across our headquarters and dark store locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring reliable LAN/WAN connectivity, secure VPN communications, CCTV surveillance systems, and physical access control solutions, all while maintaining high network availability, security, and operational efficiency.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure across all locations.
• Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, and network performance for maximum uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and support site-to-site and remote VPN connectivity.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring secure encrypted communications.
• Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and remote surveillance platforms.
• Administer physical access control systems, including door controllers, access groups, and user permissions.
• Monitor network health and infrastructure performance using network monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address management, and configuration records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and infrastructure best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering within a multi-site environment.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
• Experience with IP surveillance systems and NVR administration.
• Knowledge of physical access control platforms.
• Experience using network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple locations and teams.
• Willingness to travel to company sites as required.
