Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our overseas operation. This includes managing the finance team, promptly identifying and addressing commercial issues, and proposing effective solutions.

• Financial Accounting and Analysis: Lead the financial accounting and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• External Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with local tax departments, banks, and auditors, and support the General Manager in handling external relationships.
• Financial System Improvement: Collaborate with the Group Finance Department to enhance and implement financial systems.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local tax laws and regulations, and propose strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Contract Review: Review economic contracts (excluding salary contracts) to ensure compliance with tax laws and the Group's internal controls, and provide legal risk recommendations.
• Budget Management: Prepare financial budgets, monitor their implementation, and provide variance analysis and commentary.
• Tax Optimization: Leverage preferential tax policies to optimize tax payments and standardize payment timelines.
• Cash Management: Manage cash inflows and outflows to optimize cash usage.
• Additional Tasks: Complete other assigned tasks as required.

We seek a dedicated professional with strong financial expertise, proven team management skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in an overseas environment. A Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field, along with mid-management or higher professional experience, is required. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with local tax laws, banking, and auditing procedures in the Middle East.
