Join Raya Logistic Services as a Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to build and enhance our real-time dispatch and logistics platform. This is a high-ownership role where you will own features end-to-end, from database design and backend APIs to frontend interfaces and cloud deployment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA Engineers, and other developers, to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that power real-time dispatch, fleet management, merchant operations, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build React + TypeScript applications, including real-time dashboards, merchant portals, and admin panels.
• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design secure REST APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and implement robust access management.
• Design PostgreSQL/PostGIS schemas, optimize queries, and develop WebSocket-based real-time tracking features.
• Utilize Redis for caching, Pub/Sub, and managing background jobs.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and align closely with QA and Product teams.

Profile Requirements

• Required Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, security protocols, PostgreSQL, WebSockets, Docker, and GCP.
• Deep understanding of secure coding, logging, and performance optimization.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with Google Maps API, message brokers, Python scripting, state management tools, and monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in Fleet Management, Dispatch, or Logistics tech.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Soft Skills:
