IT Application Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM to spearhead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions across our organization. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM projects while ensuring full compliance with Saudi localization requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, enhance system performance, and drive operational excellence through innovative Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Application Lead – HCM will be responsible for the following critical functions:

• Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.
• Module Configuration & Support: Configure and support core Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), to meet evolving business needs.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business requirement workshops, perform detailed gap analyses, and translate complex business needs into functional solutions that drive process optimization.
• Saudi Payroll Localization Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Payroll Localization requirements, including GOSI, WPS, and Saudi labor regulations, to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
• Data Management & Integration: Oversee data migration initiatives, system integrations, testing phases, and post-go-live support activities to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
• Technical Configuration: Configure advanced Oracle Fusion HCM tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities.
• Security & Workflow Management: Design and implement robust security roles, approval workflows, and organizational structures to safeguard sensitive data and streamline HR operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external implementation partners to ensure cohesive project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Proactively troubleshoot functional issues, provide timely user support, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold Oracle best practices, adhere to project timelines, and maintain rigorous quality standards to deliver high-impact Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Oracle Fusion HCM certification is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, with a proven track record of delivering at least three full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Saudi Payroll Localization, including GOSI and WPS, along with expertise in leading enterprise-level Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives.
