We are expanding our oversight functions for a Riyadh-based infrastructure developer and seeking a dedicated individual to monitor project costs and timelines, ensuring steady progress and adherence to established financial parameters.

As part of our project management function, you will serve as a direct link between financial planning and construction progress. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant international infrastructure projects from your own professional setting.

• Track and record daily project expenditures against the approved budget.
• Assist in drafting monthly status reports outlining schedule updates and cost variances.
• Monitor project timelines to identify potential delays in material or service delivery.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Support the senior project control team by comparing actual labor costs to initial projections.
• Coordinate with team members to update resource allocation charts and manpower plans.
• Participate in regular status meetings to ensure alignment between remote staff and project goals.
• Help verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and procurement records before processing.
