Key Responsibilities
The Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a range of financial activities designed to enhance organizational performance and strategic decision-making. Your core duties will include:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgeted and forecasted figures to identify trends and discrepancies.

- Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements to uncover key business trends, performance drivers, and areas of risk or opportunity.
- Management Presentations and Dashboards: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop clear, concise financial presentations and interactive dashboards that communicate critical insights effectively.
- Financial Modeling and Reporting: Maintain and enhance existing financial models and reporting templates to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Special Projects: Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned, providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all financial data is accurate, compliant with company policies, and adheres to regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Nationality: Saudi Nationality is required.
- Certification: Completion or progress toward SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or accounting within a corporate or professional services environment.
