Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity for our organization, ensuring consistency across all design materials, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
• Digital & Print Design: Produce high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and resolutions.
• Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative and original design concepts that align with project goals and target audience preferences. Translate ideas into visually engaging graphics while adhering to industry best practices and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to gather project requirements, provide design input, and ensure seamless execution of design initiatives. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the design process.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and stay updated with emerging tools and trends to enhance design capabilities.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation in an efficient manner.
• Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine designs and achieve the desired outcomes. Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to iterate based on input.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity is essential.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
• A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Knowledge of UI/UX design is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect designs that meet high-quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges. A proactive approach to learning and self-improvement is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with print production processes and digital design best practices for web and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding work is crucial.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred, as the role may involve creating content for diverse audiences.
