MSD, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Riyadh as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager. This role is pivotal in driving evidence-based decision making and ensuring our products' value is recognized and accessible to patients.

• Develop and implement health economics and outcomes research strategies to support MSD's portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct studies that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of our products.
• Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest health economics and outcomes research methodologies and trends.
• Provide strategic input to pricing, market access, and reimbursement discussions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. A Master's degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field is preferred. Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis software, and strong communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
