Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist, Cardiovascular Informatics, to join our dynamic team in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. Based in Riyadh, this role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Philips’ advanced cardiovascular informatics solutions, enhancing clinical outcomes, and expanding market presence across the region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cardiovascular informatics, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative healthcare technologies that transform patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the cardiovascular informatics sector across the META region, aligning with Philips’ strategic objectives. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, cardiologists, IT professionals, and procurement teams. Understand their unique needs and tailor solutions to deliver measurable value.
• Solution Presentation: Demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of Philips’ cardiovascular informatics portfolio, including software, data analytics, and integration platforms. Present compelling business cases that highlight ROI, efficiency gains, and improved patient outcomes.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Provide post-sales support to reinforce customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to local and international regulatory standards, including data privacy laws and healthcare compliance requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address market needs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales, healthcare informatics, or cardiovascular technology are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector, with a proven track record in cardiovascular informatics or related fields. Experience in the Middle East, Turkey, or Africa is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cardiovascular informatics, including electronic health records (EHR), clinical decision support systems, and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with medical imaging and diagnostic workflows is a plus.
• Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences. A consultative sales approach that prioritizes customer needs is essential.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders.
