Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Dyson Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, operated by the prestigious Chalhoub Group. Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and hair concerns, ensuring personalized and tailored styling solutions.
• Hair Styling & Treatments: Perform a wide range of hair services, including cuts, coloring, blowouts, updos, and treatments, using advanced techniques and high-quality products.
• Dyson Product Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in using Dyson hair tools and products, providing clients with expert advice on optimal usage and maintenance.
• Retail & Upselling: Actively promote Dyson products and services, offering recommendations to enhance clients’ hair care routines while contributing to sales targets.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all clients and team members.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain operational efficiency, share best practices, and uphold the brand’s standards of service excellence.
• Brand Representation: Represent Chalhoub Group and Dyson with professionalism, embodying the brand’s values of luxury, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional hair styling experience in a luxury salon or retail environment.
• Certifications: Valid cosmetology or hair styling license, with additional certifications in advanced techniques (e.g., coloring, extensions) considered a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Dyson hair tools (e.g., Airwrap, Supersonic) and familiarity with luxury hair care products.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred; additional languages are a valuable asset.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, maintain dexterity, and work in a fast-paced environment.
