Product Executive - Nuclear Medicine & Radiotherapy

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, and marketing, to define and execute product strategies that enhance our nuclear medicine and radiotherapy solutions. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet medical needs to guide product roadmaps.
• Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure all products comply with local and international regulatory standards, including FDA, CE, and Saudi FDA (SFDA) requirements. Oversee the submission and approval processes for new products or modifications, maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Commercial & Business Development: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns that maximize product adoption and revenue growth. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships or collaborations to expand our market reach.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders. Gather feedback from end-users to refine product features and address any operational challenges.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor product performance through KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting opportunities for improvement, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Training & Support: Provide technical and product training to internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product integration and utilization. Address any post-market surveillance issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., in nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, or healthcare administration) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably within the nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, or medical device industry. Experience in a healthcare or life sciences environment is a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SFDA, FDA, CE) and experience navigating the approval processes for medical products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, sales trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
