About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps aligned with the company’s long-term vision, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions across all business functions.
• Technology Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and deploy emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation tools to modernize infrastructure and streamline workflows.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and agility.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, IT teams, and department heads to align digital initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transformation journey.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, providing training and support to employees to maximize user engagement and minimize resistance.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to monitor performance metrics, measure the impact of digital initiatives, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy standards to safeguard sensitive information and maintain organizational integrity.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions are delivered.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure certifications) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, business process reengineering, or IT strategy, with a proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pivot strategies as needed, and drive innovation in a fast-paced digital landscape.
