Key Responsibilities

• Luxury Service Delivery: Provide bespoke, five-star service to VVIP passengers, anticipating their needs and ensuring an unforgettable travel experience through personalized attention and meticulous execution of onboard operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all aviation safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a vigilant focus on passenger and crew safety at all times.
• Discretion and Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions with passengers and sensitive information remain strictly private and secure.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including safety checks, cabin preparation, and catering coordination, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Crew Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the flight deck and ground support teams to maintain a cohesive, high-performing environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and passenger satisfaction.
• Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to accommodate diverse passenger backgrounds, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere onboard.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cabin Crew member, with a strong preference for candidates with prior VVIP or corporate aviation experience.
• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation or equivalent certification, along with a clean safety record and the ability to pass rigorous background checks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are highly advantageous.
• A polished, professional demeanor with a strong sense of personal integrity and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and adhering to strict grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel as required by flight schedules.
