Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations using handheld scanners or manual methods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to order specifications.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in cycle counts as required.
• Quality Control: Verify the condition and accuracy of picked items, ensuring they meet Nahdi’s high standards before packaging and shipment preparation.
• Packaging and Labeling: Properly package orders, affix correct labels, and prepare them for dispatch, ensuring compliance with shipping and safety regulations.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S principles, including proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper lifting techniques, and adherence to emergency procedures.
• Documentation: Accurately record and update inventory data, order statuses, and any discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; prior warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to meet productivity targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, with a focus on accident prevention.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Familiarity with Nahdi’s products and operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This position is based in Nahdi’s warehouse facility in Jeddah, where you will work in a climate-controlled environment with modern equipment and safety measures in place. The role involves a mix of indoor and warehouse floor activities, including operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified.
