Key Responsibilities

As a Workplace Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workplace experience for all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in workplace design, wellness, or project management are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workplace management, facilities coordination, or a related field. Prior experience in a corporate or commercial real estate environment is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset are essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in workplace management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with smart office technologies. Knowledge of data analytics tools to measure workplace performance is advantageous.
