Driver Position (Iqama Holder Only) – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

This role is exclusively open to candidates holding a valid Iqama (residency permit) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual transportation of executives, guests, and staff members to and from various destinations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition, adhering to traffic regulations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout each journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and Efficient Transportation: Operate company vehicles to transport executives, guests, and employees to scheduled destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to designated routes.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any mechanical issues, report maintenance needs promptly, and ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for service at all times.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Utilize GPS and local knowledge to determine the most efficient routes, avoiding delays and ensuring timely arrivals. Adjust routes as necessary to accommodate traffic conditions or unexpected obstacles.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a professional and courteous experience to all passengers, including executives and guests. Anticipate and address their needs with discretion and respect.
• Adherence to Traffic Laws: Strictly comply with all local traffic regulations, road safety standards, and company policies to minimize risks and ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays. Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, reflecting the values and reputation of Marriott International.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Valid Iqama: Must hold a valid residency permit (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia.
• Clean Driving Record: A minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving license, demonstrating a history of safe and responsible driving.
• Professionalism and Courtesy: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods, as well as the capacity to handle the physical demands of driving in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is advantageous.
