Driver-Limousine/Van

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and courteous Driver-Limousine/Van to join our esteemed team at Marriott International, Inc. Based in Jubail, this role is responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to guests, executives, and employees, ensuring a seamless and comfortable travel experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Services: Operate limousine and van vehicles to transport guests, executives, and employees to and from airports, hotels, business meetings, and other designated locations, adhering to schedules and routes provided.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their journey. Address any requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all mechanical components, safety features, and cleanliness standards are met. Report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department immediately.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic delays and ensuring timely arrivals. Stay updated on local traffic conditions and alternative routes.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs as required by company policies and local regulations. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are current.
• Professional Appearance and Conduct: Present oneself in a neat and professional manner, adhering to the company’s dress code and grooming standards. Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Emergency Preparedness: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including vehicle breakdowns or medical incidents, following established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury transportation or hospitality environment.
• Licensing: Valid Saudi driver’s license with a clean driving record. Additional certifications or endorsements for limousine/van operation are advantageous.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with diverse individuals.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, vehicle maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry luggage or equipment up to 25 kg, stand for extended periods, and maintain focus during long drives.

Work Environment

The Driver-Limousine/Van will operate primarily within Jubail and surrounding areas, with occasional trips to nearby cities. The role requires flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
