Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Field Engineer to join our team for an onsite hardware replacement initiative in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical opportunity for a CCNA-certified professional with hands-on experience in network devices, datacenter operations, and server support. The role requires a proactive individual capable of delivering exceptional onsite technical services while adhering to stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite hardware replacement activities for network infrastructure and datacenter/server components in the RCJY HQ Building, Jubail Industrial City.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific procedures, hardware replacement guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Provide timely updates on travel arrangements, arrival status, and onsite progress to maintain seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer-facing skills while interacting with clients and team members.
• Utilize an ESD (anti-static) wrist strap to safeguard sensitive electronic equipment during installation and replacement tasks.
• Verify and maintain all necessary certifications, including CCNA, and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• CCNA certification is strongly preferred; candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in onsite IT hardware replacement, network device configuration, and datacenter/server support.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety, professionalism, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Possession of a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes.
• Availability to commence work on 22 July 2026 at 3:00 PM in Jubail – Huwailat District, Saudi Arabia.
