Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind on-site project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. This critical position demands a results-driven leader capable of maintaining operational excellence, upholding stringent safety standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality benchmarks. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of large-scale construction environments while advancing Jasara’s mission to shape the future of Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution Oversight: Lead daily construction site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on-site progress against key milestones, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address on-site challenges, including logistical, technical, or regulatory hurdles, to maintain uninterrupted construction workflows.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed site reports and present project status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Delivery Excellence: Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to drive timely and efficient project delivery, aligning with Jasara’s strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in project controls, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures, or HSE management systems, with a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve project objectives.
• Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate complex technical and operational concepts with clarity and precision.
• Technical Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, as well as site reporting and project controls tools, is advantageous.
• Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi construction standards, approvals, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
