The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Saudi construction market and have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Saudi National
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the ready-mix concrete industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market, contractors, consultants, and developers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Valid Saudi driving license
