Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Site Supervisor to lead our retail fit-out and interior construction projects with unwavering commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all on-site operations are executed with precision, adherence to timelines, and the highest standards of quality. This position requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict compliance with design specifications and material standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily On-Site Leadership: Maintain a strong and consistent presence on-site to oversee contractor activities, ensuring maximum productivity and strict adherence to project schedules. Regular follow-ups and progress tracking are essential to keep operations on track.
• Design and Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all structural and decorative works are executed in full alignment with approved blueprints, design documents, and client specifications. Any deviations must be identified and corrected promptly to maintain design integrity.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Verify that contractors utilize only the approved materials as outlined in design documents, bills of quantities, and estimates. Strictly enforce quality standards, particularly for premium finishes such as wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass, and LED systems, to ensure luxury-grade results.
• Initial Site Assessment: Conduct thorough on-site measurements for new store locations prior to the design phase. Prepare and document these measurements accurately in AutoCAD format to provide a solid foundation for project planning and execution.
• Multi-Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.

• Field Agility: Demonstrate the ability to transition swiftly and efficiently between various project sites while maintaining a high level of supervision and attention to detail.
• Geographical Flexibility: Exhibit readiness to travel and relocate across key cities in the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other locations as project demands require.
• Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for inspecting premium materials and luxury finishes, ensuring they meet the highest specifications and client expectations.
• Interpersonal and Professional Skills: Maintain a firm yet professional demeanor when interacting with contractors, documenting meeting minutes, and escalating critical issues to project management in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in retail fit-out and interior construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on schedule.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in AutoCAD is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as it is essential for creating, reviewing, and modifying technical drawings and designs.
