About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Cleaning: Organize and clean raw data sets derived from project sites and financial reports to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Visualization and Reporting: Develop clear and compelling visualizations to illustrate spending patterns, construction milestones, and project performance for the investment team.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and validate data quality by identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing figures in project logs and financial records.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly performance summaries to support the investment team in assessing project progress and financial health.
• Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases used for benchmarking infrastructure assets and tracking long-term performance metrics.
• Automation and Efficiency: Automate recurring reporting tasks through basic scripting to enhance team productivity and reduce manual workload.
• Process Documentation: Document data collection and processing methodologies to ensure consistency and reliability across different phases of infrastructure projects.

Qualifications and Skills
