Join Autobia as an Activation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Activation Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for our prospective clients. This role is pivotal in driving a seamless and professional client experience from initial outreach to successful activation and handover.

Client Communication & Outreach:
Proactively manage client engagement and conversion throughout the enrollment process.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Implement structured re-engagement strategies for unresponsive clients.
Ensure full coverage of all qualified client segments.
Onboarding & Activation:
Oversee contractual and documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage client files end-to-end, ensuring timely closure within defined activation timelines.
Coordinate with field sales teams and internal stakeholders to drive timely onboarding.
Escalate blockers and exceptions to the Program Manager.
Compliance & Data Integrity:
Ensure accurate client data entry and maintain data integrity across all records.
Track activation KPIs and flag gaps to the Program Manager.
Facilitate a comprehensive and well-documented handover of activated clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client relationship management.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, even under high volume.
Proficient in Excel for tracking, reporting, and file management.
Self-starter with a proven ability to take full ownership of outcomes.
