We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at the prestigious St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Ummahat Island 1, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, non-management position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and luxurious environment while providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry and retrieval using computer databases to update files, reservations, and respond to client requests.
• Transmit information or documents via computer, email, fax, or mail.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and record-keeping.
• Create and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for documents and records.
• Gather, copy, sort, and file administrative documents and transactions.
• Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and meeting client needs, and assisting guests with disabilities.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide assistance as needed.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
