Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of technical and operational duties designed to maintain and enhance the IT ecosystem of our hotels. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Exceptional IT Support: Respond promptly to technology service requests, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, cellular services, and connectivity infrastructure in alignment with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards. Your responsiveness will directly contribute to the guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Technology Asset Management: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets. Implement best practices to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Installations: Execute the installation, setup, and breakdown of A/V systems, communication networks, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and operational areas. Your expertise will support seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• End-User Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to staff on hardware and software solutions, empowering teams to resolve common issues independently. Your mentorship will foster a culture of self-sufficiency and operational resilience.
• Guest Billing and Service Recovery: Process equipment and service billing for guests, address billing discrepancies, and authorize adjustments to ensure transparency and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail will uphold Hilton’s reputation for financial integrity and customer care.
• Documentation and Maintenance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of repairs, routine maintenance, and service requests for all technology equipment. Identify recurring issues and escalate critical concerns to prevent future disruptions.
