The East Region Recruitment Services team is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activities, providing expert advice and solutions to service users, and supporting the Regional Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Services Manager in process and system establishment.

Our team operates from multiple work bases, including Edinburgh, Livingston, Glenrothes, and Melrose, with flexible hybrid or office-based arrangements available. This customer-focused role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing competing priorities.

Candidates should possess relevant administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems. A friendly, courteous demeanor and the ability to provide a first-point-of-contact service are essential for this role.
